Agreement

By purchasing Chrysalis Art to Wear products you are automatically agreeing to the Terms and Conditions detailed below.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service without notice at any time.

Orders

The majority of my products are in stock, however a lot of them are ‘one offs’. They are all handmade, consequently if I need to produce a made to order product please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Product Description

Due to individual design and natural dyes, colours may look slightly different to the real product. I do my best to give a full description of the items and recommend that you take time to read the product description carefully before you place your order. If you have any questions once you have done this please email me through the contact page and I will be happy to answer you enquiries.

Payment & security

All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

Delivery

Delivery is included in the price of the item within the UK and sent via Royal mail, recorded or registered service.

I do not currently deliver outside the UK.

Delivery may take longer to remote areas such as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, the Isle of Man or the Isle of Wight.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your purchase is not to your satisfaction, please email me via the contact page within 7 days of receiving the parcel to inform me of your intention to return the goods and I will reply with you with the address details for the return.

Please use the original packaging where possible and return the item within 14 days from your purchase date. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please keep proof of postage as I cannot take responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit. I recommend sending items via registered or recorded post service.

Once I have received the goods back, in perfect condition, I will refund you the cost of the item into your account within 14 days. The cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility except for faulty or incorrectly shipped goods.
