WORKSHOPS

We had great fun at Mid Wales Textile Artists this month, where I ran a Textures Felting Workshop for the day. Everyone made a decorated flat piece of prefelt and then added glass beads, additional prefelt to make craters & raised areas, along with tendrils and 3D ruffles. The pieces were then going to be embroidered when dry. I can't wait to see everyone's work next month.

26th OCTOBER I am hoping to run a needle felting course at Meifod Valley Alpacas just outside Meifod, near Welshpool, where we will be making Pumpkins in time for Halloween! All materials will be available on the day, just bring a packed lunch. The cost is £50.00 including materials and you should be able to produce several pumpkins during the workshop, depending on size. Tea, coffee and biscuits are also included. I hope to see you there.
